2nd order, two items, one missing. When I phoned to complain there was an air of disbelief and 'we will check' and send if missing.
Next day, no further sontact so I phoned again, 'Oh yes, we found the missing items', they have gone out today.
To be fair they did send them out as a separate order by courier.
