I found the item that i was looking for and placed my order. When the parcel was delivered it contained an assortment of jump cables. So i had to contact customer services to complain. Customer services passed it on as a complaint i was contacted that day saying the correct item had been dispatched. I received the item the next day so i can only give a rating of good. But would like to say after my complaint the service was excellent
