Rapid are generally very good. The website information is good and if you have any questions they are very helpful over the phone. Delivery times are very quick. In most cases the items will be dispatched the same day, however there are some items which always take a long time to get. I've ordered 1.6 mm shrink tubing from rapid twice and it always takes about 2 weeks to receive it. If a product is discontinued the staff are very helpful and will find you an alternative that works.
