I have had an account at Rapid for over 20 years. They have an extensive range of quality products and components, at reasonable prices. Many of the products that I have manufactured and sold over the years have been built entirely of components sourced from Rapid. In the early days, ordering was by telephone, and I always found their staff friendly and helpful. These days ordering is usually online, but on the odd occasion when I need to telephone, their staff are always helpful. If only more companies were like this......
