Very good stock levels. Excellent deliveries. Impressive range. Top quality products, mostly. (School based heavy user). Truly appalling Search facilities, and has been for years: lots of false positives and irrelevant material which wastes time and frustrates. One can spend hours looking for an item which one knows is stocked...but finding it? Non-starter. Hence 3/5. It desperately needs an intelligent search engine. Suggest getting Google to organise it for Rapid.
