The wrong shape of Weller soldering iron tips were delivered.
Their returns form did not cover the possibility of them making an error, they seem to assume that the customer is always at fault.
It is now five working days since they were notified of the problem by email.
I was given a Case Ref. Number 12472 but I am still waiting for any further action.
