The communication was very good allied to the assistance I had received from one of your colleagues on the phone. The fly in the ointment was delivery speed! Too slow.....I took longer more than 48hrs to get to me and I needed the item quickly.
Recommendations: Speed up your delivery times if you wish to keep my business.
