Ok company, good site, good comms.
Delivery is fantastically bad though. I have discussed this with them and it is the reason I have to use other suppliers.
My orders weren't big enough for them to worry. Will use them if I can afford to wait a while and if the goods aren't fragile.
It IS their fault, as they choose the "courier"*. Such is life.
*term used very loosely for the delivery channels they use.
