Well, 'Rapid Electronics' stopped being 'rapid' since their takeover by Conrad Electronics of Germany. The number of "backordered" items has grown significantly and there have been numerous packing mistakes with large orders where I work. However, all problems are always sorted out by their amazing and superb staff on the telephone lines, second to none, brilliant! I just wish that less stock was held "in our European warehouse!! I'll remain a loyal customer as will my department at work. Cheers folks! Andy.
