Good morning Rapid, I have been a customer for a number of years now and I would say the service has been pretty good. When there has been an odd order error it has been resolved quickly and effectively. The only two slightly negative comments I would make are the delay on some items which are not stocked in the UK can be a little frustrating and some items had what I thought was a ridiculously high MOQ number on them. One example was ultrasound transducers which had an MOQ value in the hundreds. This put me off ordering them!! That has changed now I think to "normal" values. I am an amateur radio enthusiast who constructs quite a lot of equipment so I find you competitive and quick. Some of the more specialist RF components, I source elsewhere. Regards, Graham Sangster
