As a physis/electronics teacher (long retired) , I recall the time in the 60s when the "Rapid" catalogue was printed on two sides of A4! As Head of Physics at a Kenyan high school, my budget was £94 a year...every penny mattered. 'Rapid' provided excellent value for money then....and still does today. I also happen to be a radio ham and still keep the soldering iron hot...Despite a very well-stocked junk box, I do still occasionally need the odd 'unusual' component from time to time, and 'Rapid' invariably comes up trumps. This time, the order was more mundane..A4 lever arch files...Rapid's choice and prices were unbeatable...Thanks again and congratulations for half a century of first class, fair-priced, quality service...
