I ordered a small item, an extension cable, from Rapid on line and this arrived the very next morning by Carrier.
Entirely due to my own stupidity I had made a mistake in my order and therefore the item delivered was not the exact spec which I needed.
As Rapid's premises are within reasonable distance from home i took the item, (which had not been unraveled) back to them and they exchanged it for me without any quibble.
This is an efficient and friendly dealer and I shall shop there again with confidence.
