My only problem was as follows. I am a new first time customer and the on line ordering system failed to allow me to have goods delivered to my works address when my card was held under my own private address. The system picked up my works address but changed the postcode to my home address. This was soon sorted out very effectively with a follow up phone call. The goods arrived approximate 4 working days later.
