Although I was only making a low value purchase I needed some technical advice before placing my order. You'd have thought I was spending £1000's with Rapid. Technical support was brilliant and knowledgeable too. Delivery was Rapid(!) and the goods were well packaged. Thoroughly recommended and will definitely purchase again when needs arise.
