I bought a rotary tool (Anvil AV-RT119 Variable Speed Rotary Tool - £20.000) unfortunately it lasted 10 minutes before it committed suicide. The chuck loosened and the bit came out with such force that it bent the bit into an L shape and also bent the chuck, making the tool unusable.
I know it was only a cheap tool, but this made for a very expensive 10 minutes.
Having said that, I have always found Rapid to be a completely reliable retailer who always send out orders very quickly.
