Online purchasing facility is good with ready access to pdf spec sheets etc. The wide range of stock items is pretty good and I can usually find something suitable for my needs. Delivery is 'rapid' and you are kept informed by email as your order progresses with an invoice by email after delivery. Goods are always well packed and delivered promptly.
