Provided you know what you want, everything goes well. Their technical advice is awful, so don't ask for help with choosing parts for a particular application.
Stock levels are generally good. Most are ex stock from the Colchester office. Certain items (mainly automotive related) are a couple of days from other UK warehouses. Other parts tend to be about a week from Conrad Germany.
