The initial unit (Weather Station) was faulty ( a manufacturing fault) and I contacted the customer services team who responded in very quick time. After confirming that the unit was faulty a replacement was sent out immediately and received the next day. Well done for such excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
