Most of my dealings with Rapid would earn 5 stars, but my latest purchase has not been good. The website failed to confirm my purchase with an e-mail. Customer services said the order had not been place, so advised I re-order. The original order duly arrived closely followed by the second. After returning the second order and 3 further phone calls I was told I would be credited - this took 4 days. The customer service staff were polite throughout, nevertheless it was a frustrating experience.
