Haven't used the item yet, but was amazed by the speed of delivery. Ordered in the early evening, email to say it was on its way within a couple of hours and delivered the next morning! Also well packed. Can't fault them. Only gave 8 points to the question about would I recommend them to friends because the items they sell generally wouldn't appeal to my friends.
