Rapid by name, rapid by nature. I ordered after school on a Friday & my order arrived at breakfast on Saturday and this was their standard free postage service not next day express. I had a problem with one of the products not being as expected but they dealt with my complaint quickly & politely. They sent an alternative product next day. The Major Brushes masks I bought were great quality - lightweight but strong, took paint & glue well. Will definitely buy these again and would definitely check the Rapid website for other workshop products in the future. Great service.
