I ordered 2 separate components on different occasions and forked out an extra £8 or so for next day delivery by 6pm but both components arrived 2 days later which is what I would have got for the free first class delivery so that was annoying. I was told the item was at a local depot and i could pick it up at 8am and so I went there and was sent back because they said they didnt have the items. I then had to wait until later on that morning till they finally found the items. I needed these components urgently and the whole delivery situation ruined my first experience with Rapid.
