Update.
Rapid contacted me by phone after leaving previous feedback. They will not refund postage despite parcel going to wrong address. Yes it is human error but it isn't what I paid for and therefore should not be charged. I have had to compensate the neighbour with a box of chocolates and an apology for the trespass into her shed! UK Mail or Rapid should do the same for me. Its called a gesture of good will Rapid!
UK Mail delivered my items to the wrong house........... number 11 is nothing like number 3 is it?
Apart from that Rapid are ok but they could have refunded the delivery charge as the delivery was so poor.
