The order was delivered promptly, and I was well informed of when it would be delivered. Unfortunately one item of the three ordered was wrong. And email to Rapid got an immediate apology and the promise to deliver the correct item the next day. This did not happen (Delivery company problem) and I had to wait over the weekend for delivery. Again the incorrect item was delivered, however this was a mistake by the delivery company, and the driver returned with the correct item within the hour.
