Very good reliable Service overall. However, my last order was not delivered the next working day as usual. I know there are no guarantees about this, but I did send an email to Rapid to double check. Within a few minutes I received a friendly email explaining that my order would be delivered between 1 and 2pm. My order arrived within the time slot as promised. Very impressed by customer support. I also am very pleased about the way the components are expertly packed in high quality plastic envelopes. There is a genuine feel of high quality.
