Rapid by name, rapid by nature! My items arrived within a day of ordering. Unfortunately there were a couple of items missing so a quick email to customer service and they were dispatched very quickly, no quibble or fuss. They even phoned to say they were on their way. Unfortunately one of the items was damaged in transit so it was sent back but once again they came up trumps and sent on the items quickly. Top customer service so highly recommended.
