tried the online chat twice to get advise, couldn't get on it. Sent two emails, no reply, I resorted to phoning a few times, finally got to speak to someone in technical, he was fantastic, spent a while suggesting what I needed. Pity he seems to be the only one in that dept as he clearly needs help!
