I ordered 2 key-switches, which on the page description, the picture, specification and manufacturers part no. was a complete unit, so I ordered two of. the delivery arrived but only the front part(Key+Barrel) was present no actual contact parts were there. I contacted Rapid who said that it didn't come complete even though the website intimated this with the complete description, I was put through to Technical who also said it wasn't a complete part - they offered a refund! I wasn't happy but they wouldn't move their position even though their website said otherwise, so I decided that even though I thought they were in the wrong I asked to purchase "additional part" only to be told that they didn't have enough stock. This was Friday afternoon and then I had to try and fulfil what I needed for the following week from elsewhere. Not good customer service at all, am surprised that I received this review request.
