Usually the components arrive in one or two days from delivering my order, which is above and beyond the call of duty! The quality is consistently brilliant and the range of stock exceptional! My only crab would be that the packages are a bit flimsy could be better!
(I only say this because I recycle the brown cardboard boxes as executive toys for my office!)
I've yet to have a failed component from Rapid and the only real crab was the p&p on smaller orders. I would use Rapid much more if the p&p charge was waived for small orders.
