All the items I ordered were excellent, came well packaged and all as described and I was very pleased with them.
However, I went through pain trying to order them. Rapid had lost all knowledge of me having ordered before which meant I would have to send the goods to the card address. This is very inconvenient as our card is registered at head office not at our workshops and we had to pay the cost of sending the goods on.
Many emails were exchanged, some of which were misleading. The result was that Rapid would not accept that I had made previous orders and refused to send the goods to our workshops. I received no reply to the last email I sent which I also thought was a bit off.
Hopefully, when I order again, which I will, they won't have erased all trace of my previous orders and actually allow the simple action of sending the goods here instead of our head office.
