I incorrectly wired the integrated circuit component of a clock kit. The result was a damaged clock face - showing err only. I went all over the place trying to find a replacement component. Eventually I decided to go home an search on-line. Rapid was my third "find". The site was super easy for me (I'm 60) and I found the exact component I was looking for. In fact I found the exact component x 3 (Green, Orange and Red Displays). So I bought two. The total cost including postage was under £10 which made me very relieved too. The best part was that they were delivered the next day, less than 12 hours later. Fastest delivery of anything I've ever purchased on-line!
