I recently ordered some items, which it turned out I had ordered the wrong ones, I informed Rapid by phone and their rep in sales gave me the information I needed to return them. I reordered, (this time the correct items) and they sent me the numbers I needed to send them back for a refund.Within less than 5 days I had received the correct items, (after reordering) the paperwork I required for the returns I received on the day I phoned them.
