Hadn't used Rapid for many years, wonder why? Placed and paid for an on-line order OK, but 30 seconds later realised I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong item, so I called their sales line: 'Sorry can't help - the order has been printed.....' Called customer service, same thing: 'The order has gone down to the 'Warehouse' - once it's there we can't intervene.... You'll just have to wait until the order has arrived and return the items and re-order' That would have cost more than the mistakenly bought item.... So I purchased the correct part from Farnell - it was delivered next day for the same delivery cost. 4 days later the Rapid order finally arrived......
