I'm only a hobbyist, so not too much use, but the items which I have bought have always been in stock when meant to be. They are of high quality and often at almost 'more than' competitive prices (eg Alps RK27 pot. (Amps 'Blue' volume pot., well regarded, usually 4x Rapid's price!)). Goods arrive quickly, about like RS, not in a week!
They seem to do well.
