Delivery was probably fast, items well packed, good communication. I would advise to change parcel company. Card was left with wrong property down the road. Only on phoning rapid online it was revealed that card was left with wrong property, neighbour applied online for re delivery and printed form for re delivery , but re delivery was not made. So neighbour unable to see who parcel was for. I had to investigate who has got my card and collect from depot. This is not the first time with that company. Also public has no way of actually speaking with customer service of said parcel company since all automated and no option to speak with a real human. They disconnect call.
