I ordered a Rigol oscilloscope, however made a mistake on the part number. Rapid were very flexible and refunded the order, allowing me to place a new order for the correct part.
This kind of flexibility is a huge benefit to a small businesses because if a supplier forces you to take an incorrect, high-value item it has a significant effect on cashflow and profitability.
