I can tell you how I was made to feel VERY unhappy . .
By using UK Mail as their courier of choice they are subjecting their customers to the sort of extremely unacceptable delivery service that I suffered recently.
In their defence, a member of staff (Sarah) went out of her way in order to try and help but nevertheless the order was not delivered within the UK Mail contracted time period and yet no refund of the fee I had paid for the courier service was offered.
Until the management at Rapid elect to use a reliable and dependable courier I will be very unlikely to place further orders with Rapid.
