first off,the customer service was excellent. i recieved e-mails right away concerning a mailing address mistake i had made and also a delivery time update on my purchase i had asked about. the carrier they use (dhl) was excellent-tracking my package was detailed and accurate-it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. i will definitely use rapid electronics again if i need more pieces for my projects in the future.
