My last but one order was from your clearance line - I ordered some crystals.
One value you only had 5 other than the 10 I ordered. This was not important to me.
I was surprised and positively impressed to receive a phone call from your representative (Gareth???) apologising for the short order. This was on an order worth no more than £1.20.
I feel you have lost any profit from my order in the phone call cost alone! But, you have impressed me with an exceptional level of customer service.... hence my recent order. Thank you.
