Placing the order was straightforward, I was pleased to find the products needed at good prices. My only concern was with your courier. They scheduled delivery with me for Friday 30th June between 09:21 and 10:21 - they didn't turn up OR notify me. Then I checked the website and found they were rescheduling for 09:21 - 10:21 on Monday 3rd July. So I arranged my day accordingly AGAIN this changed to 12:07 - 13:07 on Monday 3rd July I happened to to find out for myself via the website late on Sunday and again rearrange my day to be there for delivery. I was notified by text at 08:13 on the Monday morning - a good job I had already looked it up?? I can't complain about your products, but perhaps your courier needs to be better at communicating!! The order was needed by the Monday (not on the Monday) hence why I placed the order when I did. I had to find an alternative product (it was the boxes I needed) in my local town at twice the price and not half as good a product over the weekend so I had them for a meeting with my Sales Rep at 9am Monday morning. You can appreciate my dilemma...!
