I really wanted Rapid to be good as their prices and range are excellent. My first and so far only order was messed up and I haven't received 7 of the 10 lines ordered from stock. Although, I did receive someone elses goods which were worth 4 times what I ordered!
I'm still waiting for it all to be sorted out.
