Used this company twice now since opening an account.
Was looking for a real alternative to RS but it isn't rapid.
online stock status says in stock, finalise the order and find not in stock, sent item are marked correctly but are not the items (or anywhere near).
Phoned to sort it and told customer services will phone back in up to 48 hours.... they didn't.
Phoned again and explained I was unhappy only to be told I not the only customer that needs attention........Why am I not surprised.
Currently specing products for a 3.3 million £ machine and wont be using Rapid.
