Unfortunately I had to ring your customer service line only to be told that the order i had placed was the wrong one as I thought. The item I needed was not displaying the right order number. Amazingly I was told that the order could not be stopped and I would have to return it when it turned up at my door !!!!!! Pity because the delivery was exceptional..
