Overall im fairly happy with Rapid electronics, having known them and worked with them for quite a long time now (almost 20 years!).
However, I do not like the fact that they always charge the full amount of an order to your credit card when items are put on back order!
There is no reason to do this whatsoever in my opinion.
Other than that I have no issues with them at all.
