Order was incomplete when it arrived. One item was missing. I called to report this and was told it would be investigated and I would receive an email straight away to confirm this. No email was sent. The next day I called again to report the missing item. This time more details were taken and I was given a case number. Another 2 days has passed and I've still heard nothing. I don't want an investigation, just a refund or for the item to be resent. Note: this was only a £4 item. I doubt I'll be using Rapid again based on this very unsatisfactory experience.
