The problem is not with Rapid Electronics but with the courier (UKMail) that they use. According to the tracking, the delivery man arrived at 9:00. I was at home but he apparently did not ring the door bell and did not leave a note. According to the tracking, he then delivered the goods at a non-existing address to a person whose name is not known in the neighbourhood. No parcel turned up after checking with all my neighbours.
Rapid sent me an email that they will refund.
