The problem I have with ordering items from Rapidonline is that shipping to Canada is done through DHL, and regular mail is not an option. The problem with shipping through DHL is that they charge extra fees to the recipient and these fees were several times higher than the tax that was added. I know what tax to expect but the extra fees are not known when I place an order which is unsatisfactory. I would like to able to specify Royal Mail, which usually means no extra charges on receipt.
