Delivery service is good but the web site is rubbish. finding things is VERY difficult, you need a proper search feature like Farnel and RS has.
Grouping the items into 3 random sections and forcing you to default to one of them makes this even worse.
As a result of this I rarely use Rapid unless I cant find parts anywhere else
