I've used Rapid since the early 1980s and have always had excellent service, which is still maintained today. Problems have been very rare and have always been solved to my satisfaction. They certainly live up to their name when it comes to despatching the goods and they're the best in their field for value.
Very occasionally they're let down by carriers who take less care than they should with items such as lengths of p.v.c. trunking, which are difficult to give total protection.
