In a way, it's always a nightmare getting an India visa by post - hard to do everything exactly right first time. But I've used rapid visas four times now and even once when the application was not processed in time, was very grateful that they did everything possible to remedy the problem and refunded the cost of the visa. This last time I was more impressed because gone is the middle-man and when I ring, I'm not able to speak directly to the person processing the application - this is very reassuring when urgency is paramount. I would use rapid-visas again. I feel I'm beginning to get to know the staff and know the strengths and pitfalls of the process.
